Requirement from the Rules of Competition All prints must be mounted. Mounting is to consist of Polystyrene or Foam Core Backing Board either 1/8 or 3/16 in thickness. NVACC updated their website in conjunction with posting the 3rd Annual Joseph Miller Abstract Photography Exhibit images. The exhibit was open from 3 May to 25 May 2013 at the Joseph Miller Center for the Photographic Arts in Gainsville, VA.
