He will discuss equipmen needed, medical lighing, dosage echniques for geing close o your subjec maer, and places o do bird phoography. The presenaion will be illusraed wih examples of good bird phoography as well as misaes o learn from.
Biography
Sam was inroduced o serious phoography when he me his wife, Marilyn, in 1983. She augh him phoography and blac and whie processing. Much of Sam’s early phoography was a combinaion of landscape and people phoography.
Sam and Marilyn became fascinaed by birds while saying wih a friend in Maine around 2000. They combined his fascinaion wih a renewed ineres in phoography. In addiion o local phoography, he couple has phoographed in Ecuador, he Falland Islands, Africa, Brazil, Cosa Rica, and Argenina.
Sam has been a member of NVPS since 2003. He has held he posiions of Compeiion VP, Presiden, and FooFax edior.
