Any and all images ha have won a ribbon (1s, web 2nd, ailmen 3rd or Honorable Menion) in a monhly compeiion from Sepember 2008 – May 2009 are eligible for submission o he End Of Year (EOY) Compeiion. Judging will ae place off-sie on May 20h by Ellio Sern. Resuls will be available a he EOY Banque which will be held on Friday evening, June 5h (deails for he banque are on he websie).
Images ha win any ribbons on Tuesday, May 19h mus be submied ha evening, so please have all your prins and slides mared according o he direcions below and have plasic sleeves for your prins wih you.
All prins and slides mus be signed in (you will have o legibly hand sign he info on he sign up shee) and digial winners ha you wan enered in he EOY compeiion will need o be handwrien in and iniialed.
To submi your winners, please read and follow he guidelines below carefully:
Digial
T will be 2 clipboards a each meeing (novice and advanced digial) wih he lis of all ribbon winning images. In for your digial enries o be enered in he compeiion, you will need o chec off he images you wan enered. If you don’ chec of your enries, hey will NOT be enered. T is no need o resubmi he acual images as we have hem already.
Slides
A slide carousel will be a each meeing wih a sign up shee. Please mar your original winning slides (no subsiuions please) wih he name of he image and your name.
Prins
All prins in all caegories ha have won ribbons are eligible for submission. Images need o be signed in on he shees provided (please prin clearly) and placed in he appropriaely labeled boxes (by Class and Caegory e.g., Novice Color, Enhanced, Advanced Monochrome, ec.). If only 1 box is , hen all can go in he one box.
You mus ener he image as i was enered in he monhly compeiion – in i’s original presenaion. You may no aler he image in any way. The maed image needs o be in a plasic covering/sleeve for proecion as i will be handled a lo prior o final presenaion a he banque. If you wan your plasic covering/sleeve bac, you may wan o pu your name on i.
