The NVPS Execuive Board has proposed a number of changes o he Rules of Compeiion for he 2009 – 2010 Club Year. T are wo (2) ypes of changes proposed: changes o he language of he rules ha simply sandardize he words used hroughou he documen and clarificaions o he inerpreaion of he rules. In eeping wih he By-Laws of he organizaion, reamen hese changes mus be announced in FooFax, page discussed a a general membership meeing and hen voed on by he membership (a quorum is required o pass changes) a a subsequen meeing.
